Dr Henson and his hygentist are great! His front desk and billing department are the worst I've ever experienced. My husband and I have been patients for years & never had billing issues EVER until today with "Emily Elizabeth"? My last appt in Aug went great &no bill balance was ever mentioned, my husbands today raised a billing issue of a balance for each of us. 😳huh? We have NEVER received a bill because as they admitted no bill has yet to be sent to our home. 😳however a $20 payment was demanded while present to keep act from collections! CRAZY. I called my INS 2xs and found claims were NEVER submitted 😳. They have billed my claim 4xs to the WRONG company and a company diff than what I provided! I don't have a card for who they billed. "Well your ins won't pay us directly my INS stated "huh?they will pay them if/when billed as normal." So I then asked the point of providing my ins info at the time of visit if they don't use it? she rudly dismissed me saying "we billed what's in the record." How is it in the record if I NEVER gave that card at last visit?! 😳 she continued to demand payment for services she had NOT YET billed to me directly. 😳UMM NO! When I called back to canx future appts she again demanded a credit card or a check TODAY Basic billing protocol is to send the bill and the payment is then returned. 😳 Needless to say we won't be returning which is sad because Dr Henson is a great guy.

I have been a patient of this practice for 11 years. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. No only a great dentist but I would would also add Dr. Henson is a great american.
