I first started seeing this office over 3 years ago but i notice the quick turn around in dentist and staff, the front desk was so polite when i frist started with them but now i feel they are not very concern about me as a patient, i was even told that i cannot make suggestion to the dentist and if i want i can go else where. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I would consider recommending them to my friends and family. While I wasn't completely impressed, if someone was in need I would point them here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
