Be very careful with this dentist. They tried to charge me for a service after they had charged my insurance. I am in the military and I knew this was strange. After I called my insurance and inquired about receiving an additional bill, they called Comfort Dental and it seemed like everything was settled. I decided however to change dentists because of the issue, also because they did not provide me with the recommended follow up care since they were not happy about not being paid twice.

When I requested my records to be taken to my new dentist, they informed me that I would have to pay the disputed balance and also an additional $40.00 in order for them to release my records. Not only did they not provide the follow up service that I needed, in essence they are holding my records hostage because they were not paid twice....LOL. They can keep the records. I will be starting over from scratch. Be very careful!

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
