Visited Dr. Bickley for allergies and a sinus infection which was making me feel miserable. Dr. Bickley saw me on short notice and worked me in to his already full schedule; which I greatly appreciated Dr. Bickley has a great bedside manner and is both thorough and thoughtful. He did not rush through the exam and took the time to explain several treatment options. I would recommend him to anyone!

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I absolutely love the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are of the highest quality and more comfortable than you could imagine. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
