They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures, and what it takes. I'm always able to get all my questions answered to my understanding and confidence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They take the time to get to know their patients, and this combined with their professionalism makes routine cleanings and any other issues worth getting taken care of. I have never been put on hold for any call and in fact, I was contacted bright and early on a Monday morning after leaving a message on a Saturday, and was able to get an appt. that Monday! There's nothing worse than to have to wait to hear from, or chase down a health care provider who may not know you, when you have a need. Dr. Goddard and his staff exhibit Professionalism, Friendliness, and the highest quality CARE that I would ever want in keeping my teeth in their best cleanliness and health for My Brightest Smiles!
