Years ago I walked into a clinic after a minor car accident to get my family checked out. I like that he explained things from a medical standpoint and terms I could understand. If you are pregnant he really is hesitant to prescribe treatments. There were 2 reasons we stopped going...1. The support staff was extremely slow to the point of it being an issue and always seemed to forget something and would be gone. 2. I was extremely sick and called in the morning. They couldn't get me in the morning and my appointment was for late afternoon. I fell asleep and missed the appointment. I called and apologized, said what happened etc. I had to go to work the next day and couldn't miss work or reschedule the appointment. A week or so later I got a letter from the actual doctor saying if I ever missed an appointment again we were kicked out of the practice.It came off as rude and was signed by him. We had never missed an appointment before. At the time, I had 4 family members who used him as their family practice. We left the practice and went elsewhere. He seemed like a great doctor but I didn't enjoy the practice he was part of or the rude letter.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I hoped to find something close to me since I have moved out west and I am so pleased to find a place that I like as well as my old office which I hated to leave. I have already told many people about liking it so much here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I feel good about returning anytime.
