I am a very difficult patient, and at one point during my first visit Dr. Meeker came right out and stated such. Then, undaunted, he looked me in the eyes and stated, "but I am not intimidated by difficult patients."

The full time he spent with me during that visit, and his willingness to jump right in and help me manage my conditions from day one were so impressive, so rare. Since I had returned to Iowa I'd spent a little over three years looking for a primary dr. in the Cedar Rapids and even Iowa City areas that would simply work with me to find and maintain the best regimine of care for my symptoms... doesn't if figure that I would finally find what I needed next door in Vinton & Atkins!

I would recomend Dr. Meeker with absolutely NO reservation. And if there is a longer wait at times in order to get in to him, just remember, it's always the best that are in the highest demands. But when I've gone to Vinton, there were only one or two other patients in the waiting room, and I was taken back right on time.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
