They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
