Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. Not only all of the above, but I was told for two years that the lump in my breast was not cancer. After demanding a biopsy, two years later, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer which I then lost my breast and needed 6 months of chemotherapy. I am fortunate to be alive 8 years later. This physician is extremely lucky I did not bring a law suit against him.
