Needed to call and reschedule appt. but was told they needed to reschedule my date as well because no one would be in office that day - could not get another date for over 2 months out because of short staff / reducing their office days to 3 days a week. Leaving office - note they will insist on a $25 charge to release records and any films (you have paid for).

The wait time was really long BUT that was because they did in one visit what other orthodontists take 3 visits to do. I appreciate the fact they did that so I did not have to make 3 separate appts which means 3x off work or 3x missing part of a school day. My daughter had little to NO pain after getting her braces on unlike her friends have experienced elsewhere. And her teeth are virtually straight at this time and it has only been about 3 months since starting the process. Some kids cry when separated from their parents and some kids behave better when their parents are not around. I work with LOTS of children and I can promise you most often they behave better and are more cooperative when the parent is not right there. I would not judge this office because a parent was upset their child was crying, they probably would have cried more if the mom had been sitting right next to them :-)
