Have had a pleasant experience at each appointment. The staff is friendly yet professional. Dr. Williams is awesome, he so gentle, professional and funny, Always feel relaxed in the office. Runs on time.

I am a customer of 15 years and my wife thought the apt was at 2 pm instead of 12:00. So when she showed up at 1:30 waited 30 minutes for them to eat lunch signed at 2:00 waited 10 more minutes before they told her she missed her apt and they could not help her till 4:00 and she had driven 30 minutes from our home with 2 small children and they could not help a customer of 15 years. I held them in high regard till they could not help us in a time of need. When I told them of my disdain for their efforts they were sorry Ii felt that way but did not think they had done anything wrong and did not do anything to talk me out of leaving so we found a willing dentist 1 mile from our home.
