It was my first time at his office! He was absent and had another dentist in his absence! I was very disappointed in this dentist and I sure wished that they had rescheduled my appt. The dental hygienist was very patient with this substitute and seemed to also be perplexed in his overall confusion!
It did not make a very good first impression with me!
