This could have been the worst visit to a dentist I have ever been to. They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not friendly at all. I didn't feel welcome there. The receptionist was excessively rude and completely unprofessional. I was trying to make a follow-up appointment and she took a phone call when I was standing in front of her without even looking up or telling me to please wait a minute. She was dismissive and clearly had a very high opinion of herself.
I had two cavities filled there. They gave me the Novocain shot into my cheek, which I thought was strange, and then my front-most teeth never went numb. However, my eye did. Later that night and the next day, my teeth hurt so much. My teeth didn't hurt when I had the cavities and it felt like someone had put a jack hammer to them. I've had cavities filled before and the pain was not comparable.
What is worse is for a week after I had the cavities filled, my cheek (where they had given me the numbing shot) felt like I had been punched in the face. My teeth pain went away, but the pain from the numbing shot was really painful.
All in all, I wouldn't suggest going to this dentist ever.
