LOVE THIS GUY!!!! As the daughter of a dentist, I am embarrassed to say that my mouth was in a state of "disrepair" -- I haven't really felt comfortable with another dentist since my dad retired over 15 years ago. Needless to say that I was in need of serious dental attention -- root canals that I didn't follow up on, cavities infinitum, the list goes on and on. Suffice it to say that I felt completely comfortable and secure under Dr. Robert's care. Because I am informed (if not attentive), I always give health care providers the 3rd degree re procedures, techniques and the like -- Roberts anticipated every question/concern. I was extremely impressed by the fact that he decided to do a root canal in two steeps instead of one in order to allow the tooth to "cool" etc -- who does that without the patient having to ask anymore?! His support staff is on-point! Some have a calmer chair-side demeanor than others (the latter could take a page out of Dr. Robert's book -- the man has the disposition of gentle monk) but they are all thorough and instill complete and total confidence. Office is bright modern and cheerful. Waiting room is cozy with great magazines and CNN. Operatories (sp?) can be a little chilly but everyone knows that lower temps keep the germs in check so - to the other reviewer - just keep your jacket/sweater on next time. I highly recommend Dr. R and his team without any reservations whatsoever -- I just wish that I had better insurance.
