Beware if you are a DMO dental plan member. It's first very difficult to get an appointment, for the following reasons: you can't get an appointment until you are on the next months roster which might put you off another month or more depending on when you call, then another 3 months or more to get a cleaning and exam appointment. I had to wait another 2 months to get a chipped tooth fixed. I was told by receptionist that they only see 2 DMO patients per day. At today's appointment I sat in the waiting room 70 minutes before I went to desk to inquire why....and was told she was a "little" behind. Offered a new appt. 3 weeks away so I left and won't return. I hope all dentists don't treat DMO patients the same.
