Sad experience with "Bait-and-switch" like agreement for billing our TWO INSURANCE Companies for ALL work, then Duplicating work w/o Pre-Auth and dun us for it anyway. Also did NOT give permission to use Social Security Number for anything but Medical Record Keeping & they shared with Collection Agents & negatively reported to Credit Bureaus this unacceptable charge. They laugh & scoff, saying we agreed to pay ANYTHING they charge, which we clearly did not! Use them IF you like to write 'Blank Checks'! Their Collection Agent is now harassing me - after we FAXed a letter to them earlier today. CBA just called & hung up = their seeming habit.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
