My family and I have been going to Dr Evans office for 30+ years. During that time, I have referred numerous family and friends to his practice. They have booked appointments immediately for every one of the referrals who had emergent dental needs. My family and EVERY single person I have referred have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Evans and his staff. Not only is he one of the kindest people I have ever met, he is an outstanding dentist! His staff is thoughtful, kind and excellent at what they do. My only concern would be the day Dr Evans retires and being able to find another dentist that will live up to the standards he has set!

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was treated terribly by the receptionist after suffering for almost a month with a brewing abcess. I called and was told to keep waiting for a few more weeks. After I broke out with an abcess this past weekend, fever over 102, and couldnt eat .. I called to get advise from the Doctor after being RX by my OWN Physican who couldn't believe how they treated my growing problem. The receptionist refussed to leave a message for the Dr. to answer my question!! She was unprofessional and I question her personal morals and integrity at this time. After hanging up, I recalled to inform them we will no longer need their services and please put together our records for pick up. The receptionist LAUGHED at me and said "That's a good idea"! I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
