They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
