BEWARE of additional costs, literally hidden in the fine print of the paperwork that you will sign during the operation while groggy. Extremely overpriced compared to the cost of implants in metropolitan areas. I have so far paid $500 in extra fees. The aftercare work (cleaning, xrays) was performed despite my saying not to.

Never expect your appointment to start on time. Expect Dr. Codelli to breeze through after an hour or so wait, while each dental assistant jockeys for him to visit her patient. Every appointment except the original two was rescheduled; expect a phone call with only day or two notice asking to rebook your appointment.

Pain management was more than sufficient, though the pain level was tremendously underemphasized. I missed much more work than anticipated given their breezy expectation.

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Ask how many people get the bone graft, that quote, unquote, "you probably won't need". DO NOT PREPAY for annual aftercare. Have your dentist perform these items at a third the cost and much more thoroughly.

The Hygienists are pleasant, overworked, and clearly needing more assistance than provided by Dr. Codelli.

The office manager is rude to a degree that is amusing.
