I am glad about how quickly my calls are answered here. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. The hygienists and technicians are exceedingly KIND. They are VERY careful and fair about understanding the charges and giving quotes for services. This is the first dentist in my 66 years of life who took the time to go beyond the normal exam. His extra deep X-ray of a mildly sensitive tooth that I have revealed an active infection. This tooth had been sensitive for YEARS. Dr. Nguyen is the first one to write me a prescription to fight off this infection. Other dentists always said, "You need a root canal," and left it at that. Well, NOW I am getting REAL TREATMENT. I will absolutely be going back. They took the time to explain in detail techniques I could practice at home to promote healthy gums, also how to use OTC tooth whitening. This clinic is located right near my bank and favorite shopping area. Everyone who works there is just SO pleasant and gracious that I am looking forward to going back (and taking care of that sensitive tooth).

This provider uses an ad to draw you in for a $69 exam and x-ray. When you get there, you may be satisfied with the cleanliness of the office and up-to-date equipment, but after your x-ray and exam, a member of the administrative staff comes in (after you wait for 15 or 25 minutes). One administrative member in particular seems to have a chip on her shoulder. She explains what treatment you will need and slaps you will a bill that will spin your head. Furthermore, when I expressed that I would like to seek a dental discount plan. She became annoyed. Later when I purchased the plan, she gave me the run around as far as reducing the original bill. I had to wait 3 days for a bill adjustment. Once she did give me the adjusted bill, I had only saved 50 bucks! Something told me to check with another local dentist. I found out that this practice was not only overcharging me, but they were also double charging me by stacking the codes. They were even literally charging me for GAUZE and normal dental supplies used in treatment!...a whopping $65 dollars!!! I guess I could have brought my own gauze, huh! Lastly, when I wanted to get my records and my x-rays, they wanted to charge me $65 dollars to get my x-rays!!!! They wouldn't even email them (which is free) to a different dentist of my request!!! Basically, they wanted their $69.00 dollars back!!! INCREDIBLE!
