Looks can be deceiving. The waiting room is very clean and they practice safety due to COVID-19. It’s behind the scene with the dentist where I had my problem. Good bedside manners, smiling and listen to what you have to say. But when he leaned against the wall with gloves touching it, thinking he was going back in my mouth was a problem. I brought that to his attention, he in return informed me he couldn’t assist me.

Cross contamination is not acceptable. Why people think wearing gloves, touching objects is okay. Not here. Pay attention, watch and speak up.

I went in for top and bottom partial teeth and came out with only the top that looked like 2 bottom teeth. To make it worst is that it does not fit correctly & they say I just have to get used to it. Then I was told to come back in 3 -4 weeks to get fitted for the bottom, which was pulled the same day as the top. Now I have to walk around 3 weeks with no bottom front teeth. This is the worst place and customer service sucks. The dentist is no better. The price for this complete disaster was $2045
