They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
