They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Stein and his staff have always been wonderful to work with. My children have been with Dr. Stein for 13 years. His knowledge, warmth and concern for his patients make him an excellent choice for a doctor. I am very comfortable with the care that my children receive. I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I like that he listens and follows through on my concerns for the children. The complaint that I do have is the office is really small, hallways are cramped and rooms are tiny. There is nothing to keep little ones entertained should there be a long wait. However I have NEVER had a long wait yet. Not sure about the upkeep of some items in the building. Has broken desks or tables. It kind of sets a bad message when you are trying to ensure that your kid is getting the best of the best in medicine. I wish he were a bit gentler when doing an exam on my babies. He seems to automatically restrain them before knowing if they are going to cooperate by themselves. I don't want my kids getting the wrong idea about their new doctor. Seemed my old doctor never had to force them to do anything like looking in their ears or mouth. I am not sure if that is just his practice or if my kids would have started resisting with our old doctor.
