Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
