They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. i do believe that the doctor should be more reliable to return phone calls instead of waiting until a week later. when you request certain documents from the doctor i feel you should not have to wait 3 weeks later to get them they need to be more responsible with things. i will be switching my child to a different doctor because of the inconvenience services i have received.....

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I noticed their credentials displayed on the wall as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me more comfortable and confident that I was seeing someone who was very qualified. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
