I was very satisfied with my visits. I have been using Dr. Hartwig for years. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Although I do not feel that watching TV during a cleaning or filling is very easy, anyway, and reading a magazine? I have never been kept waiting long enough to even open a magazine. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about what they are trained to do, and what they do not know they refer to Dr. Hartwig. They're able to answer most of my questions, I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Referrals to other specialists are taken care of with care, and I am kept in the loop. I am a Professional, too, and I appreciate how Dr. Hartwig runs her practice.
