I have always had great service and NO problem getting an appointment if I had an emegency! The staff are all VERY polite and I really enjoy going there, yes they are kind of expensive if you dont have insurance, but any doctor/dentist is...I have noticed that over the phone they are not the most polite however in person face to face they are great. The ladies that answer the phone may want to check their tone if they want that 5th star!!!!!
