In an emergency situation, the dentist was not caring or concerned. My husband lost a filling two days before our vacation. The dentist on call offered a clinic in Marietta that "might" be open. It was a holiday, but we've lived in multiple states and have had dentists meet my husband after hours and on short notice because they care about their patients. If all you need is cleanings and whitening you'll be fine. The hygienists are super and do a great job. My interaction with the dentists has been minimal. This one time we needed their help, they showed zero concern. Our family will not be back.

First I would like to say that the dentist was fine and the hygienist was fine. I feel I received decent care but the office staff makes it soooooo unbearable. They are seriously the least professional women I have ever met in my life. I have never ever ever been treated so rudely in my life and not just once but over and over and over again, both is person and on the phone. I haven't been there in over 10 months and I still get treated nasty. I worked in dentistry for over four years and they are the bottom of the bucket. We had some billing issues and I was never rude to them (initially) but they were HOT from the get go. It must be from guilt from them dropping the ball. I know how things work in dentistry and I know they were dishonest and deceitful. Never go there! Especially if you don't' have the 'perfect package dental insurance'.
