I have three visits with Dr Miller, the longest he stayed with me is about five minutes. The last one break the record of about three minutes. The second visit I waited for about 30 minutes on the chair for him. The front desk seems so focus on making more money instead of customer welfare. There is always extra charge was not explain. After my wife paid extra aside from charging my insurance, they called and charged additional again. I have open up if they have plan for my disfigured teeth, I needed plaque removal and after six months reschedule me for another two months and then the doctor promise to talk about my teeth problem. I will never recommend this to any body. Customer care sucks to the very extreme.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, I had to wait forever.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
