Attempted to get new dentures made and long story short, after 8 or so visits, I left them in the office and walked out. I paid 2k up front, and continued going for adjustments and finally gave up. After walking out, they never contacted me once. Unqualified staff members (one in particular) contributed to the overall problem and incompetence

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I will absolutely return. The office is up to date and using the latest technology, big city dentistry in a small town atmosphere. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week

No, I don't think they ever sanitize their equipment

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
