I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me.

Do not go to Bright Now! They hire the most disgusting people to work there? Very rude front office staff, racist dentists, sloppy hygienists, and where are the assistants.....on their phones too busy to be bothered! Worst place I have ever been and I will be sure to let everyone know to avoid this place!}

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have to agree with anothor patient, the Dentist is fantastic but the hygenist is terrible, she hurts, is rough and speaks down to you as if you were a child, unfortunately my plan does not allow me to go to a different provider.
