I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Dr. Hall refused to do surgery on my benign brain tumor as he stated I was too young and too healthy and he couldn't compromise my quality of life for as long as I could possibly live. I asked if opting for radiation would make the potentially future need for surgery more difficult and he stated that no, it wouldn't and then left me with this thought... I'd be buying time and who knows what advances would take place with neurosurgery could take in 10, 15 or even 20 years from now... which would put me at 60, 65 or even 70 years of age. I felt that he could have acted like a higher power and jumped right on the surgery wagon (I'd gone in thinking surgery was my only real option).

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
