Dr. Sara Makary, DMD

Dr. Sara Makary is a general dentist licensed in the state of Florida. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a Psychology degree in 2010 and completed her dental degree from the University of Florida in 2014. Dr. Makary dedicated her early years in dentistry to serving in non-profit organizations, providing dental care to many of Jacksonville’s underserved communities. She also served as courtesy faculty with the University of Florida College of Dentistry and mentored graduating dentists during their extramural rotations over several years. She discovered early on that the true magic of dentistry lies in the daily interactions that take place in the treatment rooms. She decided to open Northpoint Dental to bring her passion for connecting with people to the Northpoint area, where she lives.
