Dr. Abels is a caring doctor who really takes her time diagnosing conditions and following through to make sure the problem is resolved. Recently she has been assigned an office staff through her "care" group who really do not like people and who have no desire to serve patients who come to Dr. Abels. In this case, the office staff's attitudes should not diminish Dr. Abels rating. She is a 5+ star doctor, and I am happy to have found her for myself and for my elderly mother.
