I'm not really sure how this provider has so many stars from other patients. I found the office extremely difficult to work with......Appointment was for my 2 sons (age 14 and 17) 1) I tried to find new patient forms online to fill out before hand, but he doesn't seem to have a website. No worries, I'll just call the office 2) and request that they e-mail me the forms. No, they can't do that. Still not deterred and trying to keep an open mind. It is pretty standard practice for most offices and even if they couldn't help me I was expecting a more helpful attitude. I'm also very busy and take every opportunity to do things in advance when I can and I can't take the boys to this appointment, my mother is going to and she doesn't need to be bothered by the forms..... 3) But luckily I called the office because they said my appointment was at 3:45. Now I know I made the appointment for 4 and the message reminder that they left me a week (!) in advance also said 4 o'clock. Not sure where the 3:45 came in, but we found out before the appointment so no harm/no foul, right? So they get to the appointment and the boys go back. Now this is our first time at this dentist, but they can see online that their bitewing x-rays aren't due, but they insist on taking them again. My mother calls me with this issue and I offer to bring the old x-rays, but they won't continue the appointment without bitewing x-rays RIGHT NOW. 4) That's an extra (and unncessary) charge of $52. One son has a clean check-up, the other son has 2 cavities. They come home.

I call the next day about a half hour before closing time, but no one answers the phone. I leave a message for them to call me back, but 5) they never do. I didn't think to call them back for a couple of days, but do and I mention that I had called, but didn't receive a call back. 6) We don't return phone calls unless it's an emergency it clearly states that on the message. 7) No, it doesn't say that you won't call me back on the message.

By now I'm pretty much over the snotty responses from the office staff and the difficulty of working with them and their lack of convenient office hours--oh and forget Fridays, they don't have any Friday office hours. So we're having the cavities filled and then we're moving on. This office apparently is bothered by their patients and I don't feel like imposing upon them any further.
