I have been a patient at New Tampa Dental since 2003. I have spent thousands on my families care with them. With this said, it is a shame that despite great doctor care their front desk drives people away.

Although I have accommodated, my appointments being rescheduled when I arrive, changing my hygienist and learning when I arrive, and having to wait 40 min. for my new hygienist to get to work over the past few years --- NO MORE.

Today, I arrived 15 min. early for my appointment and the doors are locked with no one at the office. When staff finally arrive I sign in at the desk (first to sign in), and wait to be called. Five people sign in after me. I sat and watched all five get called in and now I sit alone in the waiting room -- waiting. I ask the receptionist since everyone else has been called in how much longer until I am called (now 10 min after my appointment -- total of 25 min. waiting), she responded rudely that people have different appointment times (like I was being a nuisance). The first appointment is 8:00 AM and my appointment is at 8:00 AM, who would be before me.

If this was the first time I would forgive, but I have seen and been subject to this rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful behavior for to long. I would rather spend my money where I am treated with a measure of dignity and not as some second class patient. Goodbye... find someone else to kick around, my family and I will be going else where.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.
