I am a long time patient of Dr. Small. His services have always been excellent. Not only is he a good doctor but is easy to communicate with and ask questions, that may be how he gets behind schedule. He does need to add office staff to assist with answering the phones and general office duties. The office hours are somewhat irregular. If those two issues were fixed perfection would almost be achieved.

The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are extremely hard to get old of though. They never answer the phone and seem to be only open on Monday's and Wednesday. It is kind of pointless for a general practioner to only be open two days a week. I will be looking for a new doctor who can see me when I am sick!!!
