Dr. Mavrelis delivers very poor continuance of care. His office nurse does the same. His office is very hard to reach, the recorded message is ill-composed. It doesn't even give the office days and hours. This automated system also puts callers on hold for a long time. If a secretary answers, pray she doesn't transfer you to the nurse's extension because you will only be able to leave a voicemail to which you will not get an answer. This doctor is very hard to reach but doesn't reach back out to patients. This office is pretty quick in billing patients, though.
