They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. ALSO they refused to file my insurance even though they are on my dental plan as participating provider. I paid in full and then contacted my insurance company, who in turn, contacted them because it is illegal for them to participate in an insurance plan BUT refuse to file the insurance. After I filed my own insurance, I had to go to that office to pick up my check. The woman at the front desk was on a personal call with her son discussing his outfit for the night. She rudely ignored me for 10 minutes. I will never go back there. We all will go out-of-town. This is another example of why white people are moving out of this county.
