I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Every time I come here they always remember me by name. Dr. Alessi is not the friendliest doctor in the world, but he is nice enough, and capable. I can't really complain about his bedside manner but it did take a while to get used to him.
