They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr Young will take time to answer questions. If something is out of the scope of his knowledge or expertise, he will tell me and refer me to someone who is an expert because he takes patient safety seriously. He is very, very knowledgeable and appears to stay current on medical practises. I trust him and I respect him.

This is an office that you can get in to in aday. Friendly staff and Dr Young and his partners are good doctors
