They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The waiting time is not acceptable and his office does not accomodate you by warning you of long waits ahead of time as some others do. I have waited over 4 hours in his lobby in the past.
