Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns after they had replaced fillings and I was experiencing pain in those teeth. They kept saying, "it should not hurt." The only solution they offered was to keep grinding down my teeth (which they did several times). I still have the pain a year later, my teeth no long can touch in the back of my mouth and I am searching for a new dentist. Everyone in the office was very nice and I was not charged for the return visits to try to fix the problem, but think twice if the say you need to change your silver fillings.
