Very rude, unprofessional had no patience for me. seated a crown, I mentioned it was too high and didn't sit. he got angry and just started grinding away at the tooth above it.

he started becoming abusive with my tooth and mouth, when I winced in pain, no care or concern was done. At this point I just said "whatever" to get out of there.

I will now have to go elsewhere to get this redone and reseated.

Please anyone who reads this do not go to this facility. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any dentist. All other dentists I have ever had in the past were angels compared to Dr Martin. Now the cleaning ladies were good and dr's assistant was super nice. I went in for a 1st visit crown and he was trying to take an impression and in the mean time my mouth is starting to get numb from the shot and he is telling me to close my mouth with the impression thing and he did NOT tell me to bite down but I did so he proceeded to try again and oops I accidently bit down again ok now he starts yelling very loudly at me and being rude and he started grabbing my lips together like I do not know how to close my mouth the proper way. At this point I am very nervous but he proceeded a 3rd time and it did not go his way again so he threw back his chair threw his mask and lifted my chair up and said he has no more patience for me and he said he was done with me and again he was yelling and all I kept saying I am sorry and his assistant looked like she was in shock or maybe used to him being such an ASS!! She could not even speak to me she looked so embarrassed. And the guy tells me I need to reschedule. Right he is dreaming I would never walk foot in there again nor would I refer any of my friends or family at that facility. I walked out shaking and crying and was verbally and mentally abused by this man.
