Everyone was so caring at this office. Dr Olmos was very loving and knowledgeable and took the time to explain my problem in detail. He cares about his patients and so do the staff. I highly recommend this office.

I would not recommend them to anyone. The staff was not that friendly, and did not go out of their way to make me feel welcome. After waiting for an hour, I got up and ask if the wait was normally this long, they said the Doctor was running behind. They never bother to mention to anyone that the Doctor was running late. I only had a consultation; the Doctor said I needed to make another appointment for the cleaning. The Doctor reassures that I could trust him and he hope he could gain my confident so I could return. I went to schedule my appointment and was told I had to pay $ for a deep cleaning. I ask for a regular cleaning, but was told NO I could not have a regular cleaning even thought my insurance pay for it in full. The girl refuses to ask the Doctor so I called and left a message for the Doctor and I am still waiting for a call back. The Doctor said trust me, how can I trust him if I cannot even get a call back. I feel that is not me he care but the money he could get out of me.
