These people are awful! They tried to tell me my daughter's teeth problems were my fault, talking down to me. When the reality is it's a problem in how her baby teeth were formed. I think they filled am adult tooth that didn't really need anything done to it. They did a cleaning without my permission. The lady cleaning my daughter's her teeth told her that what she was doing didn't hurt, while my daughter was almost in tears. My daughter has never complained about a cleaning before. Then they told me that I wouldn't be allowed to sit with my child anymore, that I would have to sit in the waiting room for all future visits due to policy. They also told me that it would take 3 visits to pull my daughter's tooth and put a bridge in. They didn't give me any antibiotics for her absess and gum infection and said her next appointappointment would be in a month.
These people are horrible. If it wasn't an emergency visit, I would have left immediately. In hind sight, I should have left anyway. This practice sold to Heart Of Florida, they are much worse than Churchill. Take your children here if you don't care about what happens to them. They are not nice people.

The male dentist was rude and unprofessional. He spoke ill or both my mother and my brother, who is only 8, right in front of the child himself. My brother got five crowns, which were supposed to be permanent, and in less than two months three fell out. Though most of the staff was nice and professional, he was not. I had a terribly painful bruise after getting some fillings (that weren't even nessecary) for over three weeks from him. He sent my brother back to my mom sobbing because they forcefully held him down to apply crowns and would not allow my mother back to keep him calm. They let other parents sit with their kids but not my mother when my brother was having a panic attack. Due to the mistreatment of their patients I would never recommend this service to anyone.
