She was great. She numbed the area before she shuck me with the needle so I felt no pain. Also she was aware that I had to return to work so the held back on the amount of numbing medicine so that when I go back to work my mouth was no longer numb.

The receptionist, Tonya was great! However, the hygienist and dr leave a lot to be desired. My husband arrived early for an appointment, and, although the hygienist was there, she didn't bother coming out and greeting us. At the exact time of the appointment, she came out. During my husband's cleaning, he had to push her hand away, so he wouldn't choke on the tartar going down his throat! Even though it was obvious he was having difficulty.
The dentist did not explain deep cleaning, although I asked her repeatedly, then blamed my former dentist on the fact that I had deep "pockets" which I thought was very unprofessional. We will find another dentist!
