The below was autotyped as a result form a survey but seriously the doctors office is very nice and everyone is professional...Not the norm in Anderson I know lol but this doc office is nice. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my visit went and how helpful the doctor was. It really went well. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
