I waited for over 2 hours to see Dr. Herzog for merely 15 minutes, his billing department was extremely rude and threatening when there was mis-communication between my insurance company and the department, and his nurse practitioner barely speaks English and is quite abrupt - she holds no bedside manner at all. Furthermore, when Dr. Herzog is done seeing a patient, he can be heard recording the information about the patient's session down the hall. While waiting, I heard confidential information about almost every patient he had seen before me. I considered this rude and incredibly unprofessional (not to mention a complete violation of HIPAA).
