They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Hagen was very caring, and explained any questions quite clearly. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had a very good experience. After my first visit to discuss my diagnosis and treatment plan I had a few questions about upcoming surgery. I left a list of questions with the office and Dr. Hagen called me within 2 hours and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
